Rules and Regulations

Students are expected to come to school at stipulated hours. To ensure punctuality in attendance school gates will be strictly opened and closed as per school timings .
For grant of leave an application signed by parents has to be submitted to the principal.
Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform as specified including P.T. dress.
No student will be allowed to leave the campus before closing of school for the day except with the authorization by the Principal .
Students are required to speak in English with fellow students and teachers.
Any loss of belongings is to be reported to the school staff at once for necessary action.
Every student is to participate in co-curricular activities and debate, quiz, elocution etc for improvement of their personality.
Unruly and rude student whose presence as per the opinion of the Principal is detrimental to the interest of other students will be summarily expelled.
Books and copies should be neatly covered and stickers with name and address of each student should be affixed on it.
School fees will have to be to be deposited in advance by the 10th of every month otherwise late fine will be charged per month.
All fees should be cleared before the commencement of the final exam.
If parent / guardian fails to deposit for two successive month’s school fees / other dues, the child’s name will be struck off the school register and re-admission has to be sought again.
Students are forbidden from talking loudly, shouting, whistling and speaking in offensive language. Insulting fellow students verbally and physically, disobeying instructions from teacher and discipline in-charge, damaging school property, keeping belongings of others without permission etc. may result in suspension and in case of repeat of such offences, may be expelled from school.
Incase of dispute regarding rules as stated above or rules inadvertently not written, the decision of the principal shall be final. School management can add/amend rules and regulation which will be notified from time to time.

General Instructions

Send you child in clean and proper uniform, with Diary, Books and Copies as per routine, shoes polished, nails trimmed with proper haircut and a handkerchief. Plastic carry bags / wrappers / food packets are not allowed inside the school compound.
Never send your child to School if he/she is ill. Avoid sending any gift to the school on occasion of birthdays or on other occasions.
School requests the parents not to keep back their child at home for general reasons thus hampering their studies. Write down the leave application under the heading absent of school diary with date and reason.
If your child has lost any item, book, copy, which he/she should carry to school, and after checking it was not found parents should buy one as early as possible. The child may not be allowed to attend classes without book, copies or proper uniform.
Parents can meet the Principal in between 9.15 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on all working days with prior appointment only.
Correct name of parents along with date of birth, caste certificate (if any) of the student supported by proper documents are to be entered in the admission forms and once registered cannot be altered for any reason. Affidavits in lieu of documents are not allowed .
Neat and clean surroundings cleanses the environment and purifies a soul. To maintain hygienic and a pollution free environment, students will be asked to carry out cleanliness drive occasionally under the supervision of teachers. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school management in this regard.
Retest / re-exam will only be considered for the following cases on the specific dates :
A student’s illness with supporting document and reports.
Illness of parent/s with respect to pre-primary classes only.
Participation in competitions at district, state and national levels related to his/ her co-curricular activities .
